Easy Salmon Teriyaki


  • 1 tablespoon OSU
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cm ginger root
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 spring onions
  • Rice


  1. Simply fry salmon until done.
  2. Add a tablespoon of OSU apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and honey to the pan, along with a finely grated clove of garlic and 1cm of ginger root. Simmer until thickened and syrupy.
  3. Return the salmon to the pan to coat in the sauce, serve on a bed of rice with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions.
