Easy Salmon Teriyaki
This delicious salmon teriyaki recipe by the wonderful Helen Best Shaw features a complimentary range of flavours ranging from sweet honey, sharp soy sauce, garlic, ginger and the stubble hint of apple from our OSU Apple Cider Vinegar product. The nutritious salmon teriyaki is placed on a bed of rice, making this the perfect healthy lunch or dinner meal.
- 1 tablespoon OSU
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cm ginger root
- Sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions
- Simply fry salmon until done.
- Add a tablespoon of OSU apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and honey to the pan, along with a finely grated clove of garlic and 1cm of ginger root. Simmer until thickened and syrupy.
- Return the salmon to the pan to coat in the sauce, serve on a bed of rice with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions.
