Refund policy
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
Subject to any specific warranties those implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our Product(s). You should inspect the Product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible (and in any event, within 30 days if you would like a refund) to Intervino Returns Department, Lencraft Distribution Centre, Manby Road, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8HB. Please note you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged Products. Without photographic evidence of damage we will be unable to process any claim you may wish to make. On proof of damaged or defective goods we will either refund you (if notified within 30 days from your receipt of the Products) or replace the damaged Products. We reserve the right to request you to return the Product(s) to our Customer Service Centre Intervino Returns Department, Lencraft Distribution Centre, Manby Road, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8HB, at no cost to you. If you prefer to receive a replacement of the Product(s) we will replace the Product(s) at no extra charge to you where this is reasonably practicable. If we request you to return the Product(s) to us we will refund the cost of the return of the item to us by you. Nothing in this section affects your statutory legal rights.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you would like to cancel the purchase for any reason, you may return the Product with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 calendar days of purchase. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at Intervino Returns Department, Lencraft Distribution Centre, Manby Road, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8HB of your decision to cancel this contract. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return procedure. You must send the Products back to us according to the procedure advised without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from registering your return. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Products. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as Product(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or offer refunds on any food / drink items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken (unless they are defective in which case please follow the procedure for defective items). We reserve the right to deduct any amount from the refund for any non-returnable items.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract and return the Product in its original condition within 14 days from informing us of your desire to cancel / return as stated above, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If an order is returned which does not meet the conditions above, your return may be refused and returned to you or a reduced refund may be offered.
