Pear & Yuzu Tonic

Serves: 4 Time: Under 30 minutes

This tonic uses the flavours of three beautiful fruits to create a delicate and refreshing tonic. Sweet pear, sharp yuzu and the apple fruits of OSU Apple Cider Vinegar working in perfect harmony. Apple cider vinegar adds an element of sweet tangy sharpness to the tonic. This delicious and refreshing drink is perfect at any time of the day.

Ingredients

OSU Original (100ml)
Pear slices (4 slices)
Yuzu slices or Lemon slices (4 slices)
Water (900ml still or sparkling)

Method

In a glass pitcher or jug, combine the pear, yuzu, your choice of water and OSU
Fill four glasses with ice and pour over the mixture. Serve and enjoy.
