Ingredients for Dough

    • 150g self-rising flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 large free-range egg
    • 140ml whole milk
    • vanilla extract (optional)​

Ingredients for Apple Syrup

    • 1 pink lady apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    • 60ml of OSU Original​
    • 100ml water
    • 3 tsp of caster sugar​
    • ½ tsp of cinnamon​
    • 1 tsp of corn flour​


    1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Gradually beat in the egg, then add the milk slowly, whisking well to get as smooth a batter as possible.
    2. Get your waffle machine ready. Once it’s hot, ladle in the batter mixture and seal, following the machine instructions until your waffles are cooked.
    3. To make the apple syrup place OSU, water, sugar and corn flour in a pan and heat until bubbling. Reduce the heat and simmer until thicken. Place slices of the apple in the hot syrup and spoon over the hot waffles.
