Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 1 Apple - chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp OSU Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Ice

Method

  1. Blend together all ingredients.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
